Roles and Responsibilities -
Tech Support Engineer required to provide support to clients for network troubleshooting on our product Bandwidth Management and Firewall.
Technical Skills Required :
- The candidate should have basic knowledge of switches, routers, and wifi Systems.
- The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting problems related to networks, IP issues across LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN Routers, firewalls, switches, TCP/IP (IPv4), DNS etc.
- Knowledge of Linux would be preferred
- Knowledge of the installation of servers is also desirable.
Soft Skill Required
-The candidate should be soft-spoken with good communication skills.
-He should be able to convince the customer softly.
-100% Customer stratification should be achieved by him.
-He should be Problem Solving.
