Job Description

Our Pragati Flowtech Pvt Ltd Dealing in Industrial Pumping & Pharma Solutions needs the skills and expertise of an experienced Sales Engineer. Were overhauling our sales force, weeding out ineffective strategies and introducing more technologically sound policies. The successful candidate will take over the helm of this initiative, retraining our sales staff and instituting new techniques and strategies that will increase B2B revenue and position us as the leading Industrial Pump Manufacturer in our industry. Were looking for a creative but budget-conscious professional who can both take and give direction. He or she will work closely with our Director to achieve the desired metrics.

Responsibilities and Duties

Learn the technical details concerning how our Product works and what problems it solves for our clients

Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients

Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels

Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting

Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management

Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis

Sales Engineer Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors Degree (Mechanical) or related field required

Previous sales experience required

2+ years experience
