1)must-have Experience in Inbound/outbound Tech Sales / Support for More Than 6 Months- 1 Year.

3)must Know How to Close Their Own Calls.

4)must have Good Convincing and Sales Skills.

5)knowledge About Ppc Calls and Pop Up Calls.

6)experience in Troubleshooting Technical Issues Related To- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email Issues, Facebook.
