Key Responsibilities:
Tech Sales of the Drone Industry and Edutech:
Drive sales of our cutting-edge drone and educational technology solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with key vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of products and services.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
Parts Sourcing:
Source and evaluate parts and components for our drone and educational technology products.
Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers and parts for quick access.
Procurement:
Oversee the procurement process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring all requirements are met.
Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets and control costs.
Documentation of Tenders:
Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents in response to public and private sector bids.
Ensure all tender documents are accurate, compliant with requirements, and submitted on time.
Technical Specifications:
Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications for our products and services.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure all specifications meet industry standards and client requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in tech sales, particularly in the drone and edutech industries.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prepare detailed and compliant tender documents.
