Job Description of Technical Sales Specialist-
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Candidate to join our sales team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, generating sales leads, and closing deals over the phone. Your primary focus will be on selling our technical products and upselling services, understanding customer needs, and providing effective solutions.
.Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads: Conduct market research and identify potential customers who may benefit from our technical products or services.
• Help customers with their technical issues & sell our Tech Support Subscription Plan & Products.
• Inbound calls: On Inbound sales calls our prospective is to introduce our products and services, explain their benefits, and identify their specific needs and generate sales.
• Understand customer needs: Ask probing questions to understand customer challenges, goals, and requirements. Analyze customer feedback to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Based on customer needs, recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in a technical sales or technical support.
• Excellent English's communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex products or services.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer information.
