Basic:

• Project Management - Processes, methods, strategies

• Software Technologies: PHP or .Net or Java OR Node

• Database: MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB

• Frontend Technologies: ReactJS, OR Angular OR VUE

• Cloud - AWS or Azure

• Other skills: REST API, Payment Gateway Integration, Mobile Apps, DevOps

Advance:

• Hands -on Coding with rich experience on Microsoft Technologies. IT experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications and good technical project management.

• Should have expertise in Technical skills and can mentor the team technically.

• Strong experience in Core, MVC, Web API, Angular/ReactJS, MS SQL Server.

• Should have client facing experience and having worked in a highly matrix organization.

• This TPM needs to work closely with the offshore development team, Senior Management, multiple onsite teams and stakeholders.

• Project planning and execution with Web Technology as an offshore service provider and leading a team of at least 10 -15 resources.

• Should be able to estimate the project along with key technical persons, prepare the implementation, track the progress of milestones, update the status on a weekly basis and identify risk/risk mitigation

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly, and know when to rely on internal resources for assistance

• Guide the team in Requirement Closures, System Design, Development and Verification/Validation tasks Technical Skills.

• Thorough understanding of SDLC knowledge for various methods like Agile & Scrum.

Specific Skill / Preferred:

• Should have client facing experience and having worked in a highly matrix organization.

• Project planning and execution with Web Technology as a service provider and leading a team of at least 10 -15 resources.

• Strong experience in Core, MVC, Web API, Angular/ReactJS, MS SQL Server.

• Good AWS experience.
