8+ Years of experience required

Experience with Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) - IBM MDM

Experience in Customer Data management in CRM and ERP systems.

Familiarity with data transport methods (ETL, ESB, API).

Experience working with Telecom, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Sales functions.

Passionate about data architecture and data usage.

Good problem solving approach skills and conflict resolution skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent presentation skills (in person and virtually).

Comfortable working in a global and multi-cultural work environment.

Participate in MDM UAT testing.

Work with IT to coordinate and define business user impacts of MDM application changes including resolving issues and planning for enhancements and upgrades.

Assist in the definition of master data sourcing and services strategies including the evaluation of third party data providers and services under the direction of the MDM/Data Governance Manager
