Desired Profile:

• 8+ Years of experience required

• Experience with Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) - IBM MDM

• Experience in Customer Data management in CRM and ERP systems.

• Familiarity with data transport methods (ETL, ESB, API).

• Experience working with Telecom, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Sales functions.

• Passionate about data architecture and data usage.

• Good problem solving approach skills and conflict resolution skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent presentation skills (in person and virtually).

• Comfortable working in a global and multi-cultural work environment.

• Participate in MDM UAT testing.

• Work with IT to coordinate and define business user impacts of MDM application changes including resolving issues and planning for enhancements and upgrades.

• Assist in the definition of master data sourcing and services strategies including the evaluation of third party data providers and services under the direction of the MDM/Data Governance Manager
