Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Leadership
Provide vision to guide the development of the team
Identify, assess, and inform the Team Manager of internal and external issues that affect the team
Foster effective team work between the team members
2. Operations
Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the dispatch floor
Assist the Team Manager in everyday operations
Ensure that policies and standard operation procedures are being followed and understood
3. People
Coach and mentor as appropriate to improve performance of the team
Encourage and provide training for professional growth among team members
Maintain a positive, healthy and safe work environment
Monitor the performance of team members on an on-going basis and share findings with the Team Manager
4. Strategic Planning
Work with the Team Leader to implement the approved Center Strategic Plan focused on Center growth and continuous improvement
5. Training and Development
Provide mentoring to the team members to foster their skills development.
Assist Team Leaders in assessing training needs, developing and implementing training plans the team members
Ensure team members stay up to date on systems, tools and processes including but not limited to on Call communication, Program knowledge & Compliance.
Qualifications
1. Education
High School Diploma or Graduation
ledge, skills and abilities
Knowledge of leadership and management principles
Some knowledge of human resources management
Ability to counsel and coach team members
Good communications skills
Time management and organizational skills
Active listening
iciency in the use of computers for:
MS Office
Internet/Intranet/E-mail
Data Research
4. Experience
BPO/RPO experience shall be an added advantage
