Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing team size of 10+ agents on daily basis

Retail marketing team management & handling

Solving queries of salesman and retailers

Driving R&R targets on daily basis

Handling & management of weekly shrinkage

Preparation of day-to-day reports.

Required :

Applicants must be willing to work for 6 days from office

Applicants must be fluent with Gujarati and Hindi communication
