The medical billing and collection specialist team lead is responsible for supervising billing team in ensuring accurate billing, timely submission of electronic and/or paper claims, monitoring claim status, researching rejections and denials, documenting related account activities, posting adjustments and collections

The Team Leader is one of the most senior roles in a Health and Social Care setting. They are also responsible for providing leadership, planning, organisation, and supervision to ensure effective day-to-day running of teams.
