Roles and Responsibilities:-
• Candidates should have experience of Team Handling/Sales/KPIs
• Ability to perform multi tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels.
• Problem solving skills.
• Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency
• Knowledge of operational process, logical thinking, reporting and analysis.
• Results orientation.
• Provide feedback, training session’s ad other team development exercise.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
• Candidate must be comfortable to work in night shifts and work from office.
• Looking candidate from International background only.
• Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, Sales experience and influencing skills.
• Must be analytical and detail oriented.
• Should have handled a team of 15-20 FTEs.
Shift Time – Evening to Morning .
Week Off- Alternarte Saturday's & All Sunday's - Fixed off
