Job Description

Coordinate and manage multiple mobile app & web development projects scaled from small to medium-sized.

Coordinate and manage all the project management activities from project initiation to the end, following the System Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC) and Agile.

Project planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure of Mobile and Web application projects.

Ensure the tasks assigned are efficiently completed with highest quality, on time and within scope.

Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information

Maintain formal project tracking process utilizing various tools and proactively communicate, manage, and resolve project issues and risks.

Effectively monitor and present project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, clients and/or project team members.

Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables.

Handling client communication, ensuring client satisfaction.

Ensure that the projects are completed with the highest quality, and on time and within scope.

Track project status with the development team.

Mentor and support project team members with tasks you assign them.

Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives.

Work closely with the project manager(s) to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.

Manage risk tracking process.

Monitor and manage project scope.

Manage all project documentation.

Work on multiple projects within the company's project portfolio simultaneously.

Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors
