We are hiring for Team leader sales:-

Roles and Responsibilities of a Team Leader for sales outbound process and Inbound process for customer service

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Need to drive swiping device sales in the assigned area.

Capable of hiring and building team

Set clear team goals

Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Oversee day-to-day operation

People Management.

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Encourage creativity and risk-taking

Suggest and organize team building activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be a graduate.

Must have sales outbound or Insurance outbound experience.

Candidates should have team handling experience (TL & ASM) in sales preferably for outbound sales or Insurance sales. or Inbound process

Must know how to calculate Attrition and shrinkage.

Must have dialer knowledge, worked on dialer (predictive or preview mode).

Must know rostering, DRR,RAG Analysis. Login calculation and data preparation.

must know know SLA management and managing roster for Inbound process
