POSITION AVAILABLE: DATA QUALITY - TEAM LEADER (SENIOR EDITOR)

Responsibilities:

1. Editing of Reports

Perform all editing and data checking duties associated with an Editor position for premium clients and for editors trained on new projects as assigned by the DQ Manager

Develop and implement editing processes and procedures

Develop data checking tools and documentation

Coordinate and communicate editor feedback to Operations in a timely fashion.

2. Managing People

Manage internal and external editor schedules and workloads

Celebrate and communicate individual successes

Organize and lead external editor calls once every month

Organize team-building activities.

Performance management of the team & regular one on one discussions with the editors to set expectations and give feedback

3. Managing Projects

Plan workload and cost for the coming period

Assist in recruitment, train, motivate and give feedback to internal and external editors

Handle Editor Request Sheets and client queries

Attend client calls and understand client requirements

Handle project set up such as questionnaire changes, guidelines, and other activities that are project-related

Supervise the movement of projects in terms of Turn Around Time and quality of work

Generate system-related and other reports as required

Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

Graduate with min. 2-3+ yrs. experience in proofreading/content editing with min. 1-year team lead experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel, Internet,

Languages: thorough grammatical knowledge of the English language. A second language is a benefit
