Roles and Responsibilities:

The Candidate must have experience in Team Handling.

2. Manage team performance and responsible for the overall development of the team.

3. Experience in handling Financial Products.

4. Should have knowledge of Financial Products (Personal Loans,Business Loans,Credit Cards, Insurance).

5. Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling.

6. Experience in handling Dailer and CRM.

7. Educational qualification Pursuing graduation OR passed graduation

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off environment

2) Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently

3) Good selling and negotiations skills

4) Minimum 4 year of experience

5)Candidate Must have Laptop/Desktop/Tab plus good internet connectivity.
