Job description (Roles and Responsibilities)

•  Recruit and Manage the Team of Relationship Managers.

• Team of RMs should be joining with the Team Leader

• Minimum 5 RMs should be in the team to start with and gradually increase the team size.

• Generating the Revenue from on boarded clients as per client needs with the help of advisory/dealer.

• Advising clients regarding investments and various products which lead in revenue generation for the company.

• Nurture the team member guides them properly.

• Justify at least 1x CTC of his own and 2x of teams CTC…..(Attractive Incentive Structure also with CTC on achieving target)
