Team Leader
We are looking for a qualified Team Leader for loans and real estate to manage our team and provide effective guidance.
You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent.
You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
To head hunt potential sales team, telecalling team
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals
Remove doubts about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Encourage creativity and risk-taking
Suggest and organize team building activities
Requirements
3-4 Years of work experience for leading the team for loan as well as real-estate
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Good Computer skills, especially MS Excel and Power Point
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Basic knowledge of English
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Graduation is must in any stream
Deep knowledge and experience of sales closure
