Whom are we looking for:

Zoomcar is looking for a young and energetic team leader/shift in charge for our team in Bangalore for our fleet operations. As a part of the team, your roles and responsibilities would include:

- Managing the team to provide a clean and sanitized vehicle to the customer requirement for 70 bookings per day

- Pickup and Delivery Partner attendance to be maintained on a daily basis.

- Improve and maintain promised delivery times for better customer experience. Ensuring zero complaints from customers for on-trip or after trip completion.

- Manage the fleet of cars for service, delivery and other home delivery pick and drop services

Whom are we looking for:

An ideal candidate must have:

- Completed 10+2 or graduation is preferable

- A valid 4 wheeler license with a valid age of driving with at least 2 years of experience in the driving or travel industry.

- Two wheeler and a working smartphone where smartphone is mandatory.

- Must be a team player and willing to work in any shift across hyderabad.
