Job Description - TL
• Develop, plan, implement and manage all sales activities like hunting & farming modes to ensure revenue & meet sales objectives for the Zone/Territory in line with Clients.
• Drive Gross & Net additions, Quality sales metrics, Base management & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions
• Manage the portfolio of high rental Plans and other products like Mobility Solutions etc.
• Provide regular assessment, training & innovate ideas to upgrade sales competence in the zone and mentor the Sales team
• Ensure Proper planning, tracking and reviews to ensure Revenue Earning Customers induced to the system
• Induce efficient Sales Team with proper Hiring process and ensure better productivities from all team members.
