1) Experience in people management in KPO/BPO non voice process.

• Project management involving service delivery, resource management, Quality management,

• Operation management managing process input, output, efficiency and productivity.

• People management at least 3-5 assigning day to work, monitoring, mentoring etc

• Client facing in understanding requirement and clarifying the deliverables

2) Good communication skills

3) Good MS-Office skills must in Excel and others ok.

4) Domain knowledge related to material management, procurement is helpful,
