Requirements:

1) Experience in people management in KPO/BPO non voice process.

• Project management involving service delivery, resource management, Quality management,

• Operation management managing process input, output, efficiency and productivity.

• People management at least 3-5 assigning day to work, monitoring, mentoring etc

• Client facing in understanding requirement and clarifying the deliverables

2) Good communication skills

3) Good MS-Office skills must in Excel and others ok.

4) Domain knowledge related to material management, procurement is helpful,

5) Knowledge of IT application like SAP Ariba, SQL would be added advantage.

6) Experience of working in hospital in procurement, IT, clinical
