Job Description:-
The sales team leader, the glue that holds the sales team together, provides the training and motivation to the team to reach sales goals. The work environment is typically fast-paced, and the team leader is often moving from one task to another, answering questions, holding meetings, delegating responsibilities, and acting as a voice of encouragement.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Experience with e-commerce product highly appreciated.
Sales with IT related product having highly recommendation.
Candidate should have own vehicle, tab or laptop.
Identifying the customer, understand their needs, convincing them of the benefits of participating at Trade Exhibition.
Candidate must have experience of outside sales.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
Meet with reps one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets. [Weekly].
