Responsibilities of Team Leader

1 Recruiting and training Telesales Representatives

2 Assisting in the development of effective sales strategies

3 Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies

5 Preparing and setting monthly and weekly sales targets

6 Building and maintaining long-term customer relations
