Job description

Should lead the block team provide adequate leadership, supervision, day to day management and support system to the team members

Perspective building on watershed concepts and ridge to valley principles

Facilitate participatory processes in planning, implementation and monitoring of works

Ensure ratification of DPRs plan by the Gram Sabha and its entry in the NREGA Soft (AAP)

Ensure timely approval of plan from block MGNREGA office

Establish healthy working relationships with all relevant Stakeholders- Govt, PRIs and rural communities

Ensure compliance with systems and processes -- timely progress reporting

Work in close coordination with the lead partner

:

Graduate in Engineering / Agriculture Or allied Fields or a Post Graduate in Science / Humanities from reputed institutions with good communication skills in English and Hindi along with computing skills.

2-3 years of experience in relevant field would be preferable along with ability to engage with farmers and community collectives,

The Candidate should be able to collaborate with relevant stakeholders / agencies to improve coordination and programme delivery on the ground,
