Job Overview:

Evoseek Global is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our study and work abroad counseling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, supervising a team of counselors, and ensuring a seamless process for students pursuing international education and work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

*Lead consultations with students, understand their goals, and recommend suitable study/work abroad programs.

*Ensure a smooth application process, from initial inquiry to visa approval.

*Delegate tasks, provide training, and evaluate counselor performance.

*Motivate and guide the team to meet sales and enrollment targets.

*Offer expert insights on international education and work opportunities, including academic programs, visa requirements, and financial aspects.

Requirements:

*Minimum 1 year of experience in study/work abroad consulting or a related field.

*Bachelors degree required.

*Previous experience as a Team Leader in a similar role.

*Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*Female candidates preferred.
