Job Summary:
As a Team Leader at an Angel One Franchise in JP Nagar, Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to drive sales and client acquisition. Your key focus will be increasing Demat and trading account openings, developing strategies for business growth, and ensuring your team meets performance targets. You will play a crucial role in mentoring your team, enhancing customer engagement, and maximizing revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Performance Growth:
�� Lead, train, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
�� Set sales targets and ensure the team achieves or exceeds monthly and quarterly goals.
�� Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
�� Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
Sales & Client Acquisition:
�� Develop and implement strategies to increase Demat & trading account openings.
�� Support the team in identifying new leads, acquiring clients, and closing deals.
�� Ensure high conversion rates from lead generation to successful client on boarding.
�� Engage with High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) and retail investors for business growth.
Client Relationship Management:
�� Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.
�� Assist clients in understanding Angel One��s brokerage services and investment opportunities.
�� Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
