The candidate should be experienced in client servicing with a fair understanding of the financial sector.

This job offers an opportunity to work with veterans from the industry and be part of the Business Development Surveillance team, with a unique experience to develop an understanding of the credit rating industry and gain insight into the overall financial sector which forms a key part of our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Targeting & meeting with LCGs explaining to them about our credit rating services
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Connect with bankers for feedback on rated clients
Updating information on internal workflows / systems
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
MIS creation & regular updation
Requirements:
Candidates with prior experience in banking, debt collection, insurance, client servicing will be preferred
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Good MS Office Excel skills
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
