Needs to have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Willing to work in AU shifts (starting from 1:30 AM onwards- it will be monthly rotational) with rotational weekly off.

Should be preferably from international BPO background

Need to have messaging experience as mandatory.

Must have handled good team size and need to have good team handling experience
