1. Attending queries, Providing Customer Support and service via E-Mail (90%) and calls (10%).
2. Coordinating with internal teams and departments.
3. Reporting to heads and other internal teams.
4. Excellent communication and logical thinking is the priority.
5. Dealing with patient��s health care related documents.
6. Entering accurate information into the application defined by the organization.
7. Inform providers as needed and file completed precertification requests as per procedures.
8. Maintaining daily excel, maintenance for the cases received and processed
