Experience Required: 10 to 15 years

Skills:

1) 7+ years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role

2) In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

3) Good PC skills, especially MS Excel

4) Experience with organizing training programs

5) Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

6) Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

7) Team player

8) Good time-management skills

9) Great interpersonal and communication skills

10) Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

11) Experienced with PMP and JIRA

Responsibilities:

1) Set clear team goals and KPIs

2) Delegate tasks and set project deadlines

3) Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance

4) Do regular performance evaluation

5) Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere

6) Develop a well-designed and motivating evaluation program

7) Communicate with teams about their performance

8) Monitor team performance and report on metrics

9) Motivate team members

10) Discover training needs and provide coaching

11) Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

12) Plan and organize team-building activities
