Role Overview

The office-floor positioned role (Captain) Should lead his team of trained Marshalls by planning & allocating the task of generation onsite situation reports followed by monitoring them.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Planning for Allocating tasks to the team of Marshalls through virtual

channels.

2. Reviewing the virtual on-site reports generated.

3. Monitoring the task accuracy as per the organization’s metrics.

4. Managing & controlling the team’s shrinkage.

Qualifying Skills

1. Basic English (Reading, Writing and speaking).

2. Fundamental Computer Skills.

3. Team & Time Management.
