Position: Female Teaching Faculty for Youtube Videos

Location: CHENNAI

Subject handling:

History, Polity, Economics, General science, Awareness, Tamil, Aptitude, General

Intelligence & Reasoning, General English related to TNPSC, Bank, Police Exams.

Responsibilities:

Teaching and Mentoring: Deliver engaging and informative lectures, covering a wide range

of topics relevant to the exams.

Curriculum Development and Planning:

Identify relevant topics, create lesson plans, and structure your content in a logical and

engaging manner.

Video Production:

Record high-quality videos with clear audio and visuals, ensuring proper lighting

Engaging Presentation:

Deliver content in a clear, concise, and enthusiastic manner, using visuals and examples to

enhance understanding.

Accessibility:

Ensure your videos are accessible to learners with diverse needs, including captions,

transcripts, and alternative formats.

Content Updates:

Stay current with the latest developments in your field and update your content accordingly.

Community Engagement:

Audience Interaction: Respond to comments, questions, and feedback from viewers, fostering

a sense of community.

Promote Learning: Encourage participation, discussions, and critical thinking among viewers.

Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and advice to students, helping them navigate

academic challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Proven experience in teaching competitive exams, preferably TNPSC or Police or Bank

exams.

Strong understanding of the TNPSC, Bank and Police exam syllabi and patterns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Freshers with prelims cleared are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Tamil and English.

Knowledge of current affairs and general studies.
