Duties and Responsibilities:

• The prospective candidate must be fluent in English and has good interpersonal skills

• Essential: Active and aspire to be in the digital mode and on-screen presence using modern electronic tools. Added youtube teaching experience is an additional advantage

• They must deliver lectures and engage students in the offline/online mode of teaching involving modern teaching methods

• The candidate is expected to conduct webinars, record lectures, and digitally involve the students in the problem-solving sessions

• They must prepare lesson plans; stimulate a vibrant ecosystem involving a sizeable group of students (30 to 100+).

• Teach Physical/Inorganic/Organic Chemistry sessions on a daily basis. Knowledge of Kannada is desired but not mandatory

• Prepare questions, surveys and solve assignments and keep a cordial environment with students

• Attend PTM or PTSs and engage in positive communication

• Responsible to work and improvise the teaching-learning process in terms of subject contents

• Must be familiar with pdf, ppt, wave book slides, tests and assignments

• Must be familiar with the digital classroom setup and maintenance
