This is a full-time job for teachers residing in main objective of this job role is to take home tuition. Teachers have fixed salaries and working hours (just like school), not on the number of tuitions taken. The work hour is fixed 6 hours and complete teaching plus travelling involved in going from one tuition to another is covered in that time frame only. Complete salary is given irrespective of the number of tuitions taken. There is no pay cut if tuition is discontinued as teachers are paid for their fixed working hours.
