We are a firm of Chartered Accountants with offices in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. We are looking for Chartered Accountants who are sincere and hard working and have a learning attitude. Also, we would want the candidates to have a long term working relationship with us, thereby enabling them to develop a strong career.

Our team consists of professionals having experience with Big fours. The candidate will be trained to independently handle and manage challenging assignments with different areas. Candidate would get exposure to the following :

1. Assisting in drafting of appeals and submissions to be filed before various tax authorities, ITAT

2. Appearing before and liasioning with Tax Authorities

3. Analysis of various Transfer Pricing issues and documentation

4. Filing of Income Tax Returns for corporates and NRIs, Issuance of Certificates as may be required under Tax Laws

5. Preparing client presentations for inbound and outbound structuring

6. FEMA advisory and compliance

7. Extensive research on Domestic tax, International tax, FEMA, Companies Act and other Regulatory laws
