A prestigious restaurant requires an experienced Tandoori Chef.
You will be working as part of an already well-established team and will be required to undertake duties consistent with this appointment. You may from time to time be called on to perform other tasks to meet the needs of the business including menu improvement and wastage control.
Able to cook Tandoori dishes of high quality in a high-pressure restaurant kitchen environment. Maintain a cooking speed, and consistency in blending in-house spices, preparing sauces, and using the right balance of spices, herbs & ingredients to produce consistent flavour.
