Job Title: Tandoor Chef

Job Summary:
We seek skilled Tandoor Chefs to prepare authentic, delicious North Indian cuisine, specializing in tandoori dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook tandoori dishes (naan, roti, tandoori chicken).
2. Manage tandoor oven operations (temperature control, maintenance).
3. Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
4. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff.
6. Ensure quality control and presentation.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience as a Tandoor Chef.
2. Formal culinary training or apprenticeship.
3. Knowledge of North Indian cuisine and tandoor cooking.
4. Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
5. Physical ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants.
2. Familiarity with various tandoor oven models.
3. Certification in Indian cuisine or tandoor cooking.
4. Leadership or team management experience.
Working Conditions:
1. Commercial kitchen environment.
2. Frequent standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
3. Noise level: moderate to high.
