Job Profile:

We are looking for a Tamil Voice Process Executive to provide high-quality customer service to Tamil-speaking clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and ensuring smooth operations within the team. If you’re passionate about delivering great customer experiences and fluent in Tamil, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with Tamil-speaking customers.

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, complaints, and requests.

• Maintain a friendly and professional tone while handling customer interactions.

• Process customer requests, issues, and transactions in a timely manner.

• Meet the company's service delivery standards and goals.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive brand image.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in loan sales, credit card sales, insurance, or sales in any other industry is a plus.

• Ability to multitask, problem-solves, and works under pressure.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
