Position Overview:
We are seeking a Parent Support Executive responsible for supporting parents. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building relationships with parents, explaining our products, addressing their queries, and ensuring positive outcomes for their children. Also upselling our products & programs to existing Parents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate product features and benefits to parents, addressing concerns and questions.
2. Ensure children respond positively to our products.
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods.
5. Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritizes tasks, and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and organizational goals.
Requirements:
 Graduation degree/HSC
 Excellent communication and listening skills are essential.
 Ability to build rapport with parents and maintain a positive and supportive relationship.
 Ability to speak Tamil
