effectively. - Working closely with the technical team to handle and solve complicated

issues. - Keeping records of your talks with clients, the technical problems, and the

solutions you offer. - Advising clients on the best ways to use Tally software and suggesting

improvements. - Staying updated on the latest features, updates, and changes in Tally

software. - Learning about customers' systems to understand their needs. - If needed, discussing issues with the customer's sales coordinator. - Require to take confirmation from the customer about the work done
