Making a JD if there isn't one, Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, culture fit and compatibility, Explaining the job role and compensations structure to the candidates, Hands on experience – salary negotiation / benchmarking , Oversees the training initiatives and support to Functional trainers , Identifying of Training needs across verticals, Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning , Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline, Complete smooth on boarding process , Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction, Conducting of Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) across organization , Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives , Identifying Competency gaps and create model to develop it , Work closely with the Head - HR to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans.
