The IT Training Talent Acquisition Specialist Would be Responsible to

Interact with Sales team to understand the Client IT / Technology Training needs

Quick research on the Technology and build a strategy to acquire best Trainer/Consultantto

deliver the Technology Training Program.

Identify the Consultant/ Freelance Trainer / Working Professionals & Expert in Delivering the

Short term Training programs within the defined TAT from variousJobportals and

Professional Social networking sites.

Engage with the Trainer/ consultant to assess them on various parameters (Technical,

Behavioural, Training Experience, etc.), and extract information and relevant Data for the

decision-making process.

Negotiate with the Trainer/Consultant as per the allocated budget.

Identifying Back-up Trainer/Consultant for each training program to avoid cancellationand

seamless delivery.

Coordinating with sales or delivery team for the Technical evaluation call with the clientSME

and finalization of Training program.

Creating the Database/Pool of IT /Technology Consultants and Trainers on regular basis.

Building a strong relationship with the Trainers/ Facilitators/Consultants.
