Job Description

We are seeking a skilled talent acquisition specialist to source top-notch candidates for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for determining job requirements, screening candidates, and forecasting hiring needs. You may also be required to promote our company's brand with recruitment initiatives and events.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

Answering employee questions

Processing incoming mail

Creating and distributing documents

Providing customer service to organization employees

Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators

Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data

Setting appointments and arranging meetings

Maintaining calendars of HR management team

Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets

Requirements and skills

• Any UG , Any PG

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

• Strong ethics and reliability
