Expert in sourcing, screening, short listing the candidates from different Job Portals
Specialist in hiring
Excellent in Head Hunting, Talent Mapping experience
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers
Effectively communicate updates and recruiting progress
Provide timely and regular recruiting reports
Handle multiple requirements
Manage all communication with candidates
Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process
Preferred Qualifications:
Incumbent must have experience with mid-level and leadership hiring
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
A team player who is able to work well with all levels
Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
Client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
Continually seek new sourcing channels
Develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the client
Experience in working with talent hiring or alternative pipeline hiring
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree
Experience in IT Recruitment.
Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
