• Expert in sourcing, screening, short listing the candidates from different Job Portals
• Specialist in hiring
• Excellent in Head Hunting, Talent Mapping experience
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers
• Effectively communicate updates and recruiting progress
• Provide timely and regular recruiting reports
• Handle multiple requirements
• Manage all communication with candidates
• Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process
Preferred Qualifications:
• Incumbent must have experience with mid-level and leadership hiring
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
• A team player who is able to work well with all levels
• Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
• Continually seek new sourcing channels
• Develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the client
• Experience in working with talent hiring or alternative pipeline hiring
• Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor degree
• Experience in IT Recruitment.
