Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Recruiting for EPC, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, and Infrastructure roles.
Utilizing job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Shine, TimesJobs, headhunting, and internal databases.
Scheduling and conducting interviews in coordination with hiring managers and department heads.
Handling salary discussions, offer rollouts, and onboarding formalities.
Liaising with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Managing hiring reports, ATS tracking, and recruitment analytics.
Handling both volume hiring and specialized niche recruitment for technical roles.
