As a Freelancer Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hire360, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging high-quality candidates to meet our clients' hiring needs. Working from the comfort of your home, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve recruitment goals and deliver top-notch talent to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience.
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to document and track candidate interactions and progress.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market insights to effectively source and attract talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and assistance throughout the hiring process.
Meet and exceed recruitment targets while maintaining a high level of candidate quality.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
