—identifying the Right Candidates as per the Client’s Requirement and Responsible to Handled End to End Recruitment
—responsible to Handle the Junior, Middle, Senior and Top Level Recruitment.
—sourcing of Candidates Through Various Job Portals, Social Media Channels Likelinkedin, Google, Facebook, Instagram
—screening and Shortlisting Suitable Profiles Against the Requirement as per the Job Description/assessment Parameter and Creating Panel for Interview
—interview Line-ups, Follow Ups with Candidates, Negotiate On Salary, Notice Period, Offered Designation and Date of Joining with Candidates, if Required
—coordinating with Clients for Feedback and Rolling Out of Offer Letters.
—follow Up with the Offered Candidates Till They Join the Organization
—familiarity with Sourcing Strategies such Asjob Portals,Also Good Sourcing Skills Using Networking, Headhunting or Picking Up Specific Candidates if Required.
—maintaining Own Database of Candidates in Software/excel.
—to Fill the Daily Mis and Keeping Records of Interviews and Candidate Database
—maintaining Discipline & Healthy Environment in Organization.
—existing Client Management for Feedback, Revenue Push & Relationship Building.
—managing Team of 1-2 Members
