what will you do?
● source candidates by various routes including but not limited to: headhunting, networking, existing candidate
database, internal referral system, social media (linkedin, etc.).
● source resumes by searching for candidates on various job portals like naukri, linkedin, indeed etc.
● plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (initial resume screening, screening calls, scheduling
interviews, assist in conducting interviews, candidate follow-ups etc.).
● mentor, train and manage the junior team members.
● take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
● build a talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovative methods.
● maintain and create relationships with client hr and increase our engagement.
● continuously build on employer branding via social networking.
● proactively update your own knowledge of recruitment and employment law.
● liaise with managers for job descriptions
● update the internal/client system to maintain the records of candidates.
● set up the interactions with the client’s team and process the application till the offer stage.
● constantly interact, communicate and follow-up with the candidates till their joining in the organization.
