1) You are a seasoned, senior recruiter who is hands-on in sourcing, screening and closing candidates, while nurturing and influencing at the highest levels of the business you support.
2) You are self-driven with superior organizational skills and don't get overwhelmed easily as you'll be directly/in-directly engaged in screening 1000's of applicants every month.
3) You are curious, someone who enjoys understanding how different parts of the business fit in with one another and impact each other.
4) You are excited to be able to add impact in making a hiring brand in India, and appreciate the importance of that brand to it's hiring success, as well as the tremendous and direct impact which you'll have on influencing the culture of the company.
You will set up and utilize ATS reports , dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results.
You are excited about technology in general and is naturally a part of how you operate.
Required Skills:-
A minimum of 3 years, in-house recruiting experience (sourcing, candidate management, offer recommendation and negotiation)
Experience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to set expectations, create job descriptions, interview process and interview assessment.
Experience recruiting for high volume and variety of roles across levels (vertical & bulk hiring).
Ability to utilize data to influence the business and backup recruiting goals and projections.
Experience sourcing passive candidates via ATS and LinkedIn recruiter.
