Project Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will closely work in full-cycle recruitment process with the leadership team. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts Supervise recruiting personnel

-Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

-Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

-Lead employment branding initiatives

-Determine HR and recruiting KPIs

-Design, plan and execute employer

-Branding activities

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

-3 to 8 years of experience

-Excellent communicator

-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

-Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
