Job Description:

* End to end IT recruitment

* Sourcing , screening and Shortlisting the candidatures.

* Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.

* Source profiles using different channels like Job Portals (Naukri), internal database and candidate references.

* Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.

* Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.

* Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.

* Line up the candidates and engaging in Telecom and client interviews.

* Recruiting top talent for our Clients.

* Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.

* Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.

* Must have good communication skills

* Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.

* Meeting Daily, Weekly & Monthly target by submitting quality resumes.
